Throughout your career, what would you like to be known for most?

Being known for amazing cuts and styles that are trendy as well as cutting edge.

What styling tool do you use everyday that most people do not?

I could not survive without my 3'' Marilyn round brush. Its a lifesaver to smooth away frizz and add tons of shine and youthfulness to hair.

How do you select a hair style to match an outfit?

I think a lot of it is thinking outside the box, but when it comes down to it, you wanna be comfortable while looking your best. If your spending a day at a pool party try something different rather than the usual ponytail. I like to spice it up with braided pigtails then if you decide after the pool you want to spend a night out on the town, you have perfectly tousled hair for the evening.

What hair care methods or products do you recommend to all your clients?

DO NOT SHAMPOO DAILY!!! As far as styling goes, I cannot live without Bumble and Bumble thickening spray, deep shine lusterizer by Rusk and Caviar, shine spray by Alterna.

If someone asked you for todays hottest look, how would you style their hair?

I would evaluate their lifestyle and face shape. People have certain expectations of their hair and truthfully not everyone can look smokin hot in the latest trends. For instance, if bangs are in and you have an extremely round face and like to hike Camelback everyday, bangs are probably not the best thing for you.
