Where were you trained? What was the most important thing you learned?

I attended school at Toni and Guy Academy in Scottsdale, and I think the most important thing I learned was to always listen to your clients and fully understand what they are wanting out of the service.

What product do you consider essential for makeup?

Moisturizer!

What is your secret for getting lots of volume?

Overdirecting the hair and my Marilyn brush.

How do you select a hair style to match an outfit?

I think it depends not only on the outfit, but also the client's facial features.

What hair care methods or products do you recommend to all your clients?

Always apply product before allowing heat to come in contact with the hair. NEVER blowdry or straighten your hair without product!

If someone asked you for todays hottest look, how would you style their hair?

It all has to do with the person's lifestyle, as well as how much work they are willing to put into their hair.
